1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website, participating in events, becoming a member, or otherwise interacting with the Minorities Parliamentarians Forum (“MPF,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, then you must not use our services or interact with us on any platform whether online or in person.
2. Membership
- Eligibility: Membership criteria and application procedures are determined by the MPF and are subject to change.
- You must be at least 24 years old before applying for a membership.
- You must not have any legal complaints or proceedings against you.
- You must be a person of absolutely honor and integrity with a strong social / financial / political standing.
- You must be a prominent political figure / lawmaker / activist / person with a high standing in their profession.
- Responsibilities: Members are expected to uphold the principles and objectives of the MPF, and to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner. They must uphold an astute character with dignity and respect for others regardless of their race, creed, religion, caste, gender, social status, etc., and further MPF’s cause.
- Termination: Membership can be terminated for violation of these Terms & Conditions, or for any other reason deemed appropriate by the MPF. We hold the right to terminate any member at any given time with or without prior notice.
- Any sort of misconduct whether financial or sexual will not be tolerated and will result in instant termination of membership – and legal proceedings if the victim(s) take the complaint forward.
- You will have the right to file an appeal in front of MPF pleading your case.
- MPF holds the right to either respond or not to respond to the plea, and to uphold your termination or restore your membership at its discretion.
3. Events and Programs
- Registration: Registration for events / programs / seminars / conferences may be subject to fees and availability.
- Cancellation: The MPF reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events / programs / seminars / conferences at any given time.
- Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and orderly manner during events / programs / seminars / conferences and follow the rules & regulations set by the administration.
- Intellectual Property: Presentations, materials, graphics, outlines, scholarly articles, and other content provided during events / programs / seminars / conferences are the intellectual property of the MPF, or its presenters and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
4. Website and Online Platforms
- Content: The content on our website and online platforms is provided for informational purposes only. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information.
- Use: You may use our website and online platforms for lawful purposes only.
- Intellectual Property: All content on our website and online platforms, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of the MPF or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability
- The MPF shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or interaction with us online and / or at any of our events / programs / seminars / conferences / etc.
8. Indemnification
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the MPF, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and members from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services online and / or at any of our events / programs / seminars / conferences / etc., or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
- In case of alleged serious misconduct, you agree to hold the sole individual member that was responsible for their alleged action(s) accountable and agree to indemnify MPF, its officers, directors, employees, agents, members, partners, etc., from any claims, liabilities, damages, expenses, etc.
9. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
