The Minorities Parliamentarians Forum (MPF) is a cross-party platform of members of the Parliament of Pakistan dedicated to promoting and protecting the rights and interests of ethnic, religious minorities in the country. We believe in a pluralistic and inclusive Pakistan and World where all citizens, regardless of their race, faith, creed, religion, ethnicity, social status, gender, etc., enjoy equal rights, opportunities, and a sense of belonging.
Our Vision:
A just and equitable society in Pakistan where ethnic, religious minorities are empowered, respected, and can fully contribute to the nation’s progress and prosperity.
Our Mission:
- To advocate for the rights and concerns of ethnic, religious minorities within the Parliament and through engagement with the government, civil society, and the public.
- To monitor the implementation of existing laws and policies related to minority rights and identify gaps and challenges.
- To propose and support legislation that strengthens the legal and constitutional framework for the protection of minority rights.
- To raise awareness about the issues faced by religious minorities and promote interfaith dialogue and harmony.
- To collaborate with relevant stakeholders, including government agencies, human rights organizations, and international bodies, to advance the cause of minority rights.
- To provide a platform for minority parliamentarians to share experiences, strategize, and work collectively to achieve their goals in unison.
- To educate the masses and World on the importance of religious, ethnic minorities and how they must be treated equally.
- To promote and highlight the positive image of Pakistan.
- To educate the World on Pakistan’s rich and diverse cultures and their complexities.

The MPF engages in a range of activities, including:
- Holding regular meetings and consultations to discuss issues of concern to religious, ethnic minorities.
- Organizing seminars, workshops, and conferences to raise awareness about minority rights.
- Conducting research and advocacy on specific issues related to minority rights.
- Engaging with the media to highlight the challenges and achievements of religious minorities.
- Liaising with government officials and policymakers to advocate for policy changes.
- Holding International trips to raise awareness about minority rights, issues plaguing Pakistan and the World, and promoting the positive image of the country.
