Giyan Chand Essrani, also known as Giyanoo Mal, is a politician who has been a member of the Provincial Assembly of Sindh since February 2024.
He was elected for the third consecutive time, previously being elected in 2013 and 2018 respectively. Giyan Chand Essrani also served as the Provincial Minister for Minority Affairs from August 13, 2018 to August 11, 2023.
He was elected as member Provincial Assembly of Sindh in 1997 for the first time. Giyan Chand Essrani comes from a political background as his brother, Daya Ram Essrani also served as member Provincial Assembly of Sindh twice from 2002 to 2007 and from 2008 to 2013.
